An important pillar of our work is to raise the profile of dance in Berlin, which, with around 2,500 performers and 1,800 performances a year, is an essential part of Berlin's vibrant cultural landscape. Our website provides an overview and initial orientation to Berlin's dance scene, locates its decentralized appearance, and shows when and where performers can be seen with our dance calendar. We provide daily updates via social media. Our tanzraumberlin magazine (print and online) and the review portal tanzschreiber.de allow for a deeper dive into current topics, trends, and discourses in the scene, and the tanzcard discount card offers reduced admission to numerous dance venues throughout the year. On our TanzBerlin website, Berlin-based dance professionals can present themselves and network with their own profiles.
