International Productions for Children Ages zero to six in Berlin

The eighth edition of FRATZ International 2026 brings dance and performances from a total of five countries for the youngest audiences to Berlin. Highlights include The Sticky Dance from Great Britain, BÄÄÄM for both Deaf and hearing audiences, and ABC – A Painters Alphabet, a circus production from Sweden. The selected pieces invite children ages zero to six to dance, explore, and join in—at venues such as Podewil, the Junges Tanzhaus Berlin, the Tanzhalle Wiesenburg, blu:boks Lichtenberg, the Theater Strahl, and the Nachbarschaftshaus am Körnerpark. The festival is complemented by a symposium and workshops, which open up new perspectives on intergenerational artistic collaboration. (lmk)
