Dance for Everyone
The TANZ MIT! Festival Celebrates Dance in All its Diverse Forms and Aims to Make it Accessible to Everyone
Over two weeks in September, Potsdamer Platz transforms into an open stage for movement, encounters, and cultural exchange. Under the motto “Common Diversity,” TANZ MIT!—initiated by Uta Kargel and Steve Joshua Dyffort—invites everyone to experience the diversity of dance: free of charge, no registration, and open to all. Whether a workshop or performance, from hip-hop to contemporary dance to salsa: people of all ages, backgrounds, and experience levels are welcome to join in, move together, and discover new connections. The festival strives to create an inclusive, open space and sends a clear message: dance is a universal language that bridges differences and brings people together. (jw)
