Networking

As an intermediary between the dance scene and cultural administration and policy, we communicate with all dance professionals in the city and address shortcomings in the arts sector. Together with cooperation partners such as Zeitgenössischen Tanz Berlin e.V. and Netzwerk TanzRaumBerlin, we initiate projects and strategies to improve production conditions. Since 2019, we have been coordinating the gradual implementation of the measures outlined in the Runder Tisch Tanz development plan.

We are also working to establish networks with important national and international institutions in order to expand existing potential for dance and tap into new resources. We are a member of the nationwide Tanzförderung initiative group and, in 2024, we founded the Netzwerk TanzAllianzen together with a total of 10 dance offices/dance networks from 10 federal states.
