This introductory course, of 5 weekly sessions, offers an in-depth experience of the UNFOLD method, taught by Valentina and graduates of the UNFOLD Teacher Training Programme: Janina Rudenska and Undine Seidenschnur.
We will guide you through simple, playful exercises that wake up your body, transform long-held habits in posture and movement, opening space for a freer, lighter you.
We’ll explore how the body works and practice how to keep your new discoveries and joy of moving through UNFOLD's Movement Mapping Principles.
Each session has its own focus:
- Your body’s support system
- Spine & head
- Arms & shoulders
- Legs
- Integrating everything
This work brings the physical and emotional richness of movement to everyone, dancers and non-dancers alike.

In these sessions we will dive into the „alchemy“ of somatic practice, dynamic strength work and playful movement.
We explore the dance between toning and releasing, experiencing how softness and strength support each other through the principles of UNFOLD method.
Expect playful sequences, guided improvisations and elastic bodywork—designed to unfold your body’s innate fluidity and resilience.
We move from the inside out—awakening the physical intelligence, expanding mobility, and building a vibrant, responsive body.
You will leave the sessions feeling energised, centered, and ready to move through life with more freedom.
