I’m looking for a partner to share a beautiful new 33 sqm dance-studio with from October on. It’s on the island Eiswerder (Spandau) in an artist-community and freshly renovated. The hard facts are:
339€/ month if shared with one (each of us has 3,5 days per week there)
190€/ month if shared with two people (you would have the space for two full days)
Shared new kitchen and bathroom
I would make it cozy til October and arrange a desk, a couch and dance floor.

Dear people, we have several free spots in our project space on the corner of Jahnstr. and Britzer Damm. The space is collectively run (and not for profit) and currently filled with translators, writers, PhD candidates, dancers, choreographers etc. We are interested in fostering a communal space with a good atmosphere. Our shared languages are mostly English and German. There's also a small quiet space for relaxing and resting and/or phone calls or online meetings.
What spots are available?
– 1 studio spot for dancer / choreographer / body worker /// 116 € per month for 32h per month /// Free from: asap
– 1 desk in co-working, suitable for quiet deskwork /// 141 € per month; there’s a possibility of sharing the desk. /// free from: January 2026 (other dates possible)
Minimum period for both: 6 months
We are looking for people who have an interested in community and can imagine being active members also in terms of collective organization (e.g. partake in monthly meetings, maintenance, collective decision-making etc.).
